Facilitation of the loan closing process: The underwriter will negotiate with top-level management of Borrowers to structure and document transactions, manage WFF counsel to ensure that transactions are tightly documented, issues are appropriately identified and resolved and that transactions are executed in an efficient and cost effective manner. This position will facilitate the loan closing process from credit committee approval to closing, execute documents on behalf of WFF, and coordinate the Account Executive introduction and take-over field examination.
